Introduction:

 

The Leadership Transition training program is designed to help newly appointed leaders navigate the challenges that come with transitioning into a new leadership role.   • To help new leaders identify and manage conflict.

Strategic Thinking and Decision-Making Objectives:

  • To help new leaders develop their strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
