Introduction

This course is designed to build your knowledge of the certification requirements for each seafarer rank. Grasp the main competence – training – certificate requirements. A highly useful feature of this course is the crew certificate list provided.

Through our STCW 2010 Crew Managers & Manning Agents course, you will develop a sound understanding of the certification and training requirements as per STCW 2010.

Course Objectives for STCW

  • Equips participants with the up-to-date STCW 2010 Certification & Training requirements for Crew – Officers

  • Provides a detailed outline of certification and training requirements for all types of ranks 

  • The types of certificates and additional requirements for each type of rank

  • Competence-training-certificates (such as company-vessel responsibilities, shipboard/safety/security familiarization etc.)
