Introduction:

Welcome to the "Project Delivery System" training program, designed by Global Horizon Training Center. This program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to effectively deliver projects using a systematic and structured approach. Day 5: Project Execution, Control, and Closure

  • Implementing project execution strategies and monitoring progress

  • Managing project teams, communication, and stakeholder expectations

  • Conducting project closure activities, including lessons learned and knowledge transfer
