This program will provide the participant the required skills for Conducting an Management Analysis or Operational Audit in his facility, including Evaluating the Management System, Measuring Effectiveness, Efficiency and Goal Achievement for your Electrical Power Generation Plants.

• You will be able to verify your Plant’s Policies, Strategies, Objectives, Plans, Processes, Written Procedures and all other element of operational activities, and know if they are in compliance with the Good and Best Practices and are being implemented effectively.
• You will be able to systematically identify improvement opportunities.
• You will be able to benchmark your Essential Good Practice Procedures, Systems and Practices with Industry Leaders.
