Introduction

The Maritime Law & Policy training program, designed by Global Horizon Training Center, provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the legal, regulatory, and policy frameworks governing international maritime activities. As global trade continues to rely heavily on maritime transportation, professionals working within maritime administrations, port authorities, shipping companies, regulatory agencies, naval organizations, and maritime service providers must possess a strong understanding of maritime laws, international conventions, policy development, and compliance requirements.

This intensive 10-day program explores the foundations of maritime law, international maritime governance, shipping regulations, marine environmental protection, maritime security frameworks, dispute resolution mechanisms, and emerging policy challenges affecting the maritime sector.
