Introduction

Maritime security has become a critical priority in safeguarding global trade, port operations, and shipping activities against evolving threats such as terrorism, piracy, smuggling, and unauthorized access. The International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code, developed by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), provides a comprehensive framework to enhance maritime security worldwide.

This program, developed by Global Horizon Training Center, equips participants with advanced knowledge and practical skills in managing and controlling marine security in compliance with the ISPS Code. It focuses on risk assessment, security planning, operational control, incident response, and coordination between ships, ports, and regulatory authorities.

Participants will gain the expertise required to implement effective security measures, maintain compliance, and enhance resilience against maritime security threats.
