Introduction

This training program aims to help leaders develop the skills and mindset needed to lead change and renew their organizations.   • Building capacity for innovation and learning

 

Day 5:

Implementing and Sustaining Change Effectively

  • Managing the implementation process

  • Techniques for effective change management

  • Sustaining change and embedding new practices into the organization.
