Introduction:

This advanced training program is tailored for health and safety leaders, field supervisors, and operational managers who are responsible for protecting people and assets under real-world conditions. The course takes participants through a series of hands-on, immersive experiences that build leadership capability, decision-making confidence, and high-stakes response readiness in live settings. Participants will not only enhance their technical HSE knowledge, but will also experience what it truly means to lead from the frontline.

Day 2:

  • PPE demonstration and supervised physical donning/doffing under time constraints

  • Field drill: Simulated confined space entry with assigned safety roles

  • Safety briefing and debrief as a communication practice tool

Day 3:

Emergency Simulation & Real-Time Response

  • Live simulation: Fire evacuation drill with live role assignments and response time tracking

Day 4:

Behavioral Safety and Leadership Under Stress
