Introduction

Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) is one of the most widely used and effective process hazard analysis techniques for identifying operational risks, safety issues, and process deviations within industrial facilities. Effective HAZOP leadership and management are critical to ensuring safe operations, regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and risk reduction across high-risk industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, power generation, manufacturing, and process industries.

The HAZOP Leadership and Management program is designed to equip participants with the leadership, technical, and facilitation skills required to successfully plan, lead, manage, and participate in HAZOP studies.
