Introduction

This program is designed and developed by Global Horizon Training Center to equip professionals in the oil and gas sector with the skills, tools, and strategies necessary to deliver successful projects in a highly complex, capital-intensive, and risk-sensitive environment.   • Contract strategies: EPC, EPCC, and risk-sharing models.

  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks (technical, financial, environmental).

  • Workshop: Risk register development for a high-risk project.

Day 4: Project Execution, Monitoring & Control

  • Managing project teams and contractor performance.

  • Key performance indicators (KPIs) and project monitoring tools.

  • Change management and handling project deviations.

  • Case Study: Turnaround of a delayed refinery upgrade project.

Day 5: Stakeholder Engagement

  • Stakeholder identification, engagement, and communication strategies.

  • Managing regulatory compliance and community relations.

  • Lessons learned and continuous improvement for future projects.
