Introduction

  • Liability in negligence and its relationship with contract conditions

Day 3 – Main Contract Clauses (Continued)

  • Variations and changes (scope and contract)
  • Product liability and defective goods
  • Intellectual property and taxation
  • Suspension and termination clauses

  • Liquidated damages and penalties
  • Limits of liability

  • Alternative dispute resolution methods: mediation, conciliation, early neutral evaluation, expert determination, mini-arbitration, pendulum arbitration
