Introduction

This specialized program is designed by Global Horizon Training Center to equip construction supervisors, QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and technical professionals with the essential competencies required to oversee and evaluate civil construction activities in accordance with international quality standards.

The program focuses on analyzing the Quality Systems of inspection companies and assessing their adequacy for reinforced concrete works, steel structures, formwork systems, and soil testing operations. Participants will learn practical inspection and testing methodologies, enabling them to prepare professional Compliance Control Reports, review inspection documentation, and apply accurate quality measurements throughout all construction phases.

Through a combination of practical workshops, real project case studies, and applied inspections, this program ensures that participants can confidently supervise site activities, enforce quality requirements, identify deviations early, and enhance compliance with specifications, standards, and contractual obligations.

Objectives

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Analyze and evaluate the Quality Systems used by inspection companies for civil construction activities.

  • Assess adequacy and compliance for reinforced concrete, structural steel, formwork, and soil testing procedures.

  • Implement inspection and testing methodologies aligned with project specifications, codes, standards, and ITPs.

  • Prepare accurate and professional Compliance Control Reports.

  • Conduct quality control checks and measurements for concrete, steel reinforcement, formwork, and structural components.

  • Identify, document, and report non-conformities and deviations.

  • Strengthen supervisory decision-making to improve construction quality and safety.

  • Apply standardized templates, checklists, and reporting tools in daily inspection tasks.
