Day 4: Agile Leadership, Teams, and Quality

  • Building and managing self-organizing Agile teams

  • Agile leadership and servant leadership mindset

  • Managing cross-functional collaboration and team dynamics

  • Test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration

  • Definition of Done (DoD) and Agile quality assurance

Day 5: Scaling Agile and Organizational Adoption

  • Scaling Agile for larger enterprises: SAFe, LeSS, Nexus

  • Agile adoption roadmap and change management

  • Agile metrics and performance tracking

  • Integrating Agile with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

  • Final group activity: Designing an Agile implementation plan
