Introduction

This program is designed for experienced project managers and procurement professionals to explore advanced project, program, and purchasing management techniques.   • Risk analysis methods: qualitative and quantitative
  • Probability, impact assessment, and subjective considerations
  • Developing risk strategies and mitigation plans

Day 4 – Execution & Team Management

  • Lean construction and project execution strategies
  • Staff acquisition and team development
  • Leadership versus management in project contexts
  • Managing conflict and performance
  • Motivating teams and aligning objectives

Day 5 – Monitoring, Controlling & Project Closing

  • Using Earned Value Management for progress tracking
  • Implementing risk management strategies during execution
  • Performance monitoring, reporting, and corrective actions
  • Project closure, lessons learned, and post-project evaluation
