Introduction

This program is designed for experienced project managers and procurement professionals to explore advanced project, program, and purchasing management techniques. Participants will learn strategies for handling large, complex, and risky projects, integrating project management processes into organizational culture.   • Risk identification, sources, and factors
  • Risk analysis methods: qualitative and quantitative
  • Probability, impact assessment, and subjective considerations
  • Developing risk strategies and mitigation plans

Day 4 – Execution & Team Management

  • Lean construction and project execution strategies
  • Staff acquisition and team development
  • Leadership versus management in project contexts
  • Managing conflict and performance
  • Motivating teams and aligning objectives

Day 5 – Monitoring, Controlling & Project Closing

  • Using Earned Value Management for progress tracking
  • Implementing risk management strategies during execution
  • Performance monitoring, reporting, and corrective actions
  • Project closure, lessons learned, and post-project evaluation
