Introduction

Accidents and incidents in marine, industrial, and operational environments can have significant consequences on safety, operations, reputation, and financial performance. Effective investigation is essential not only to determine what happened, but more importantly, to understand why it happened and how to prevent recurrence.

This program, developed by Global Horizon Training Center, provides participants with a structured and practical approach to accident and incident investigation. It focuses on identifying root causes, analyzing risks, and implementing corrective and preventive actions aligned with international best practices.
